Kennesaw, GA – MediPro, Inc. has recently made the switch to a new forum which offers a convenient way for clients to stay connected to their software, each other and MediPro staff.
The new MediPro Community replaces the previous User Forum. The Community gives MediPro the capability to deliver urgent messages and downloadable software updates instantly to its members. With the minimal time physicians already have, this will eliminate the extra step of having someone call in and set an update in motion.
Another feature MediPro Community users will benefit from is the new ability to communicate with users. If a client is having a difficult time understanding how a feature on their system works, they can easily ask for advice from others. A simple post on the message board can allow others who are using the same software to answer a question or even share a best practice method they found. The MediPro staff will be posting informational tools and updates on the Community threads as well.
Existing clients using the current User Forum will need to re-register on the new Community dashboard. The Community is a free service for current MediPro customers in good standing, allowing multiple members per office. Along with the convenience of this forum, clients will benefit by becoming more knowledgeable of the software that they incorporate in their daily workflow.
