With over 24 years of experience, MediPro has developed a training method that is proven to work and make your practice sucessful. When you purchase software through us, you become part of our family.
When you are ready to move forward, after your purchase, our onboarding program consists of the following:
- Project Management – You will be assigned a project manager to make sure that everything stays on track.
- Kick-off Call – We plan a call with your team to to introduce our staff, address any questions, concerns and discuss the training plan so everyone is on the same page. This will also be the time to discuss the process of data migration, EDI enrollments and software setup.
- Training – Training is scheduled and is broken down by topic, section and who is required to attend the training. Most of our training sessions only last an hour at a time so you aren’t overwhelmed with too much to learn at one time. Our trainers will also assign tasks for you to practice on your own time after the training. We believe in doing is learning, not just watching.
- GoLive Assistance (can be done remotely or onsite) – We believe that you need to have a positive experience from day one and that’s why we provide dedicated go-live assistance.
- Support – Maybe the most important aspect of a successful sale is the support afterwards. We have dedicated, US-based employees to help with your support needs through phone, email, live chat and remote access support.
