Join CMS on December 2, 2014 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET for a National Provider Call on changes to the Physician Quality Reporting Programs in the 2015 Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) final rule, including the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), Value-based Payment Modifier (VM), Physician Compare, Medicare Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program, Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPC), and Medicare Shared Savings Program.

The call will cover changes to reporting mechanisms, individual measures and measures groups for inclusion in 2015, criteria for satisfactory reporting under claims-based reporting, qualified registry-based reporting, and EHR-based reporting options as part of PQRS.

CMS experts will respond to participant questions during a live Q&A session.
