- Works with multiple appointment resources
- Limit the number of appointment slots to offer for online appointments to prevent overbooking
- Create templates for appointment resources to set aside certain days and/or times for specific reasons
- When a patient searches for an appointment reason, these templates will determine the resource’s availability to make an appointment

Enhanced MultiView with Facility Information
Gain a clearer, more organized view of your schedules across multiple locations. CGM Medisoft v30 now includes an optional Facility column in the Office Hours MultiView. This new feature allows you to see which facility each provider and resource is assigned to at a glance, helping you better manage your staff and resources across different offices.

CGM Medisoft v30 makes billing easier than ever with Online Patient Payments. Now you can send electronic statements with a QR code and a payment URL that allows patients to pay their bills instantly. Whether they use a credit card, ACH bank draft, or set up recurring payments, the process is fast and secure.
Coming Soon: Flexible Patient Financing
We’re also introducing a new option for Patient Financing. If a patient has difficulty paying their bill in full, they can apply for financing directly through the online payment portal. After answering a few questions, they can “borrow” the money from a finance company, and the bill is paid in full to your practice. The patient then owes the finance company, not your office, ensuring you get paid and your patient gets the care they need.
