
Tina Sechrist: I love MediPro’s customer support. Any time I call, I get a live person which is so valuable and on any problem I've ever had, I know I am going to get a knowledgeable resolution to my problem. And when you talk to sales or tech support, everyone is very friendly and always willing to help in whatever capacity they can.
Cathelene King: The staff is really nice, very helpful and they are always there when we need them.
Dr. Eric Lullove: Honestly, just to make conversation with Marc before we started doing the interview, he had told me that he specifically wanted a company that was service based, that was always about the customer service and it's also the way I practice. It's a very core element of what we do is being able to provide good service to your customers. You almost are like being treated by a family. It's like being able to walk in somewhere, like your favorite restaurant, and the guy goes hey, how are you doing? Hey, how's it going? And that's how it feels like when I pick up the phone.
Cathelene King: The quick response is very important in my office. Sometimes we have something that we need. If the system goes down or we have a glitch in it or something and we don't know what we are doing and we have a question, it is very important to get that answers so that we can continue with the business.
Tina Sechrist: Most recently, one of my providers was having all his Medicare claims rejected. Marc worked diligently for a few days trying to figure that out and we did find out that it was a customer error. But we did get it figured out and all the claim tickets moved and now have been paid. So whether it's a simple or complex problem, they always can help you get to the bottom of it.
Dr. Eric Lullove: It’s unique and it's a testament to how Marc, Dana and the rest of the team here runs and operates this company. I call it the hidden jewel in the medical business because they just don't – nobody knows – for what they do, nobody else can copy what they do and the way that they do it which is why I have been happy to say I am a customer of MediPro.
