
Tina Sechrist: I have been working with MediPro for approximately 6 years now. Through my consulting business, I provide training and claims follow-up with several providers that are all clients of MediPro.
Cathelene King: We have two doctors, one nurse practitioner. We have nine employees total. We have been in practice since 2001 and I see around 45 patients a day. We looked at different systems and a lot of them were way overpriced, something we could not afford in our practice. And Lytec was very affordable. It met all of the criteria that we needed for the system.
Lytec probably saves me time in every way imaginable. We use the billing system; it helps me with electronic claims. I like the schedule on Lytec. They also have a wait list that we use every single day. We have patients that want to get in the office as quick as they can, they are having a headache or a migraine, there is nowhere to put them on the schedule so we put them on the waitlist because a lot of times in the mornings, a patient will call in and cancel for the afternoon and then when that happens, we go straight to the waitlist.
Tina Sechrist: I like that it is a simple user-friendly program. It's easy to teach people how to maneuver in the system to be able to work efficiently. If they have some medical background, it's very easy to teach them what they need to do in Lytec in order to be efficient with their job responsibilities.
Cathelene King: I have recommended Lytec to other clients in the past. I think for the cost, for the price, it's probably the best practice management system to go with right now.
Tina Sechrist: I have found Lytec to be very easy to get started with. It has all of the information that you need to run your practice and to get you started. Now down the road, there might be different things that you would want to add to it and to be more involved, but it's a very good program that would definitely take care of your day to day needs.
Cathelene King: I think Lytec has all the features that we needed in our practice. It also, when we looked at other systems that were four times as much in the cost, it still had all of the features that system had.
Tina Sechrist: I can navigate from field to field with ease. I can copy and paste information. I can pull up multiple screens at one time. I can pull up a report and go to the accountant and fix the problem all at the same time. And I love the customer support. They will always have someone there to have their back if they have any problems in their day-to-day practice. The training of their staff, anything that comes up, there will be somebody there to be able to help them to have an efficient practice.
