I looked at a lot of systems.  I looked at a lot of different systems.  Going into this, when you're changing software systems, it's a big – it's one of the largest financial investments that a medical practice is ever going to make.  This is something that you are going to basically learn to live with and it's kind of like getting married.  You better pick the right spouse.  And in this case, you have to pick the right system and you have to pick the right system for what works for you as the practitioner.

My concern wasn't so much on my staff.  This was about my level of comfort.  This was about me choosing a software package that I wanted, that I was comfortable using as a practitioner.  Then also at the same time was going to be healthy for the business.  But I knew that my staff would get used to it.  It's not so much whether or not they liked it.  They're not paying for it.  I want to know that I like it.

So when I looked at all the systems, a lot of it was the support and some of it was offshore, some of it was domestic.  But looking at the overall package, it just really felt that SuiteMed offered really the complete package. 

And it's such a large system.  I mean a year into it, I am still finding things in there that I haven't seen before and I'm like okay, well, this is something new.  So there is definitely – a lot of these systems are pretty much cookie-cutter kind of stuff.  SuiteMed is not a cookie-cutter system.  It's definitely a system that can grow and expand as your practice grows and expands.  If your practice contracts, it will contract with you.  It's a very dynamic, fluid system and that is a rarity in the industry.
