I would just like to take a moment of your time to let you know my experience with Tony and Lytec 07, we had Lytec 04 before hand, and as you know with the new NPI#'s we had to upgrade! With my doctor being as nervous as he was, we had a few minor issues, that put us down for 3 days in which led me on the phone with Tony, doing remote access and everything else he did, he was so patient with me, he was very kind and very knowledgeable, he got us back up and running and even showed me a few short cuts on the new Lytec, I really am very appreciative to him, I no more have any worries!

Impact it has had on my life: It has allowed me to have good quality highly organized and legible notes for facilities, insurances and most importantly, Medicare!

Most important features or attributes:

The program works with NDC Office Hours Professional, so that once I create a new patient in the schedule, it automatically creates a chart record in Medinotes e! The ability to completely customize the findings and templates allows me to generate notes almost identical to those I used to dictate. They can be as brief or as inclusive as I want them to be for the particular patient at hand. The ability to generate notes, letters, instructions, and other documents with ease makes this the most complete EMR on the market. Since I use a billing service, I like the ability to print a pre-made billing statement to send via fax or email to my billers and saves me time by not having to fill out a superbill!!

This letter is a statement of support for MediPro, Lytec, and MediNotes e. I am a podiatrist who has been in practice for about 13 1/2 years. I left a group practice about 2 years ago and started my own practice. At that time I was shopping for both a scheduling and billing software package and an electronic medical records (EMR) package. My attempt at due diligence led me to MediPro and Lytec as my scheduling and billing software option. I found Lytec both easy to interact with and figure out and relatively affordable. Marc with MediPro was always available to answer my questions and was aggressive in structuring a deal that worked to my advantage. In conclusion, if I had to do it all over again, I would make the same decisions to buy both Lytec and MediNotes e.
