With our unique remote access support, we are able to connect to your computer through any internet connection. There is no software to purchase or install. Using this service allows us to view your computer screen to show you how to solve your questions instead of trying to just explain it over the phone.
MediPro provides additional telephone support options. With a medical claims software support agreement, you will be able to call our trained technical-support staff using a toll-free number. You will also have access to our support section on our web site.
