MediNotes Security allows your practice to limit access on a global scale or by patient based restrictions. Your staff can easily be placed into groups or defined users to assist your office with security breaches and confidentiality.

Global Restrictions:

• Adding New Objects
• Using the Object Explorer

• Using the Purge Wizard (i.e. enable only the Administrator to delete patients)

Patient-Based Restrictions:

The Security Module can also block entire patients from unauthorized users. (i.e. for celebrity or otherwise well-known patients).
